We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your return and refund rights when buying from SantHome, in line with EU consumer law and Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Returns, 30 days, no reason needed

You may return your purchase within 30 calendar days of the day you or a person you designate receives the goods, without giving any reason. This voluntarily extends the 14-day withdrawal period EU law guarantees you. For orders delivered in several parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to return

Email support@santhome.co within the 30-day period with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. We reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days with the return address and next steps. Please do not ship anything before we confirm the return address.

Condition of returned items

Returns must come back unused, complete and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. You may of course open the packaging and examine an item as you would in a shop; that never affects your refund.

An item that comes back used, washed, assembled, stained or incomplete can no longer be sold as new. In that case we deduct its diminished value from the refund, up to the full price in serious cases, as EU law allows. Missing original packaging that lowers the value of the item is treated the same way.

Pack your return securely. Damage caused in return transit by inadequate packaging is also treated as diminished value.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or made-to-order items, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, at no fee. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of sending them, whichever comes first. The refund includes the price of the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard one, the supplement is not refunded.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning goods under the right of withdrawal. If the return is due to our error, or the item is faulty or not what you ordered, return shipping is on us.

Faulty or incorrect items, legal guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, all goods carry the legal guarantee of conformity: under Spanish law, 3 years from delivery. If an item is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to repair or replacement, and where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund, all at no cost to you.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us, ideally within 48 hours of delivery and with photos of the item and packaging, as this speeds up the carrier claim. This request does not limit your legal rights in any way. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.

In short: damage on our side, in transit or from manufacturing is always covered in full. Damage that occurs on the customer side after delivery is not covered.
