Ordering

What currency are prices in?

Euros. All taxes are always included in the price shown. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout and displayed before you confirm payment.

When is my order confirmed?

Once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email support@santhome.co as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually amend an order before it has been processed, which is normally within one business day.

Shipping and delivery

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and Spanish public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

• Spain and the EU: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 14 business days

These are estimates. Customs checks and carrier delays can extend them.

Does everything ship from the same place?

No. Some products are held at our own premises in Sant Pol de Mar and we pack and ship those ourselves. Others are shipped directly to you by our supply partners, most of them within the EU. If your order contains both, it may arrive in more than one delivery at no extra cost to you. SantHome remains your seller and your point of contact either way.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Orders within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the EU carry no customs charges. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the EU customs and VAT area, so local import taxes (IGIC or IPSI) may apply there. Orders outside the EU may attract duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. If you have not received them within 5 business days of your confirmation email, contact support@santhome.co.

Returns and refunds

What is your returns window?

30 calendar days from the day you receive your order, well beyond the 14 days EU consumer law requires. You do not need to give a reason. You may open the packaging and examine the item as you would in a shop, but items must come back unused and complete: use beyond that reduces the refund by its diminished value, up to the full price.

How do I start a return?

Email support@santhome.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address before you ship anything back. Do not send items to our registered address without contacting us first.

What cannot be returned?

• Customised or made-to-order items
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed

If a returned item shows handling beyond examining it as you would in a shop, we may deduct its diminished value from the refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, at no fee. Standard outbound delivery is refunded; only express supplements are not.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Products

Will the colour match the photograph?

Closely, but not perfectly. Screen settings, lighting and natural variation in materials such as ceramic, stone and linen mean small differences are normal. Where a product is handmade we say so in the description.

Do you hold stock of everything shown?

Availability is shown on each product page. If an item is listed it is available to order.
