At Sant Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return policy below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• To request a return, contact us at support@santhome.co with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items

• Used or damaged items
• Products damaged due to improper use
• Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
