Terms of service

These terms govern the use of santhome.co and every purchase made on it. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and always include applicable VAT. The price you see is the price you pay for the product. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm payment. If a price on the site is a manifest error, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

Orders and formation of contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order for stock availability, verification or suspected fraud; any payment already taken for a declined order is refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through an encrypted checkout. SantHome does not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless a different date is agreed with you, goods are delivered within 30 days as EU law requires. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may return a purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, which extends the 14-day withdrawal right EU law provides, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All goods carry the legal guarantee of conformity, which under Spanish law is 3 years from delivery. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.

Product information

We aim to display every product as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, texture or appearance can occur due to lighting, screen settings or production methods. Where a product is handmade, small variations between pieces are part of the product and are stated in its description.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of SantHome or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Consumers benefit from the protection of the mandatory rules and competent courts of their place of residence. Complaints can be raised with us directly at support@santhome.co; consumers in Spain may also use the official consumer arbitration channels of their region.
